Below is an example of what is usually prepared. Occasionally we are required to make minor changes based on availability of local produce. We guarantee that you won’t be disappointed with the fresh food prepared daily on board by our trained staff.

Fresh fruit and cookies are included throughout your trip and a range of soft drinks and water are available for purchase on board. We cater for all dietary requirements from vegetarian to gluten intolerant and we are happy to help with any special occasions aboard like birthdays and anniversaries.

Day One

On Arrival
Tropical/seasonal fresh fruit platter and welcome drinks.

Sunset Snacks
Smoked salmon with fine cheeses, dips and crackers.

Dinner
Barbecued marinated chicken served with a fresh Greek salad, Lashings of Fetta, Sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives.  Served with buttered corn and Tuscan potatoes.
Accompanied by garlic bread.

Dessert
New York style cheese cake with whipped cream.

Day 2

Breakfast
Fresh fruit salad, muesli, assorted cereals and flavoured yogurt followed by warmed Croissants with a selection of toppings.  A selection of teas and freshly made coffee are also on offer.  

Lunch
Superb smorgasbord
Selection of deli meats including champagne leg ham, roast beef or roast chicken.
A variety of salads including a fresh salad platter, tuna pasta salad, 4 bean mix, spinach salad with macadamia, mango and tomato served with bread rolls.

Sunset
Freshly prepared Nachos with home-made guacamole

Dinner
Rib fillet steak served with a Mushroom sauce.
Served with sweet potato mash and sautéed garlic green beans and cauliflower.
Accompanied by baked dinner rolls.

Dessert
Individual mud cake slices served with whipped cream

Day 3

Breakfast
Fresh fruit salad, muesli, assorted cereals and flavoured yogurt followed by Pancakes with lemon, sugar & maple syrup.  A selection of teas and freshly made coffee are also on offer.

Lunch (served during your trip back to Airlie Beach)
Platter of fine cheeses, kabana, salami, dips, olives, fresh vegetables & crackers
